Stargate pack is made as it will never work on non steam Gmod, so you can try as many time as you want, it will simply not work.

However you can still get the old free version of gmod and get a very old version of stargate pack wich was working on it.

And i have a original Garry mod 10 or 11 buy in steam and stargate pack funcion it!
